The staff were always friendly, approachable, and ready to provide answers whenever needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The food was fantastic. One of the highlights is the all-inclusive cafeteria, which offers a wide variety of dishes. I was especially surprised by the salads — I’m normally not much of a salad eater, but here I always found something fresh and delicious to enjoy, whether it was a simple cheese topping or one of their creative mixes. The cafeteria meals were, for me, even more enjoyable than the complimentary restaurant dinners. Every five nights, the hotel offers a free dinner in either the Italian or Asian restaurant. It’s a nice bonus, though personally, I preferred the variety and quality of the cafeteria.
The activities and entertainment program were excellent and ensured that you never ran out of things to do. The animation team deserves a special compliment — they worked hard to keep the guests engaged and entertained with bingo, music quizzes, dances, live music, and more. The live music itself could use a refresh, as the setlist tended to be repetitive, but it was still fun and added to the lively atmosphere.
Another highlight was the private beach. Even visiting in September, the weather was still beautiful, and the water warm enough to fully enjoy swimming and relaxing by the sea.
The hotel is also well located if you want to explore beyond the resort. The bus stop nearby makes it very easy and affordable to reach Nessebar, a historic city worth visiting, as well as Sunny Beach center, which is only three stops away.
Overall, I can say that DIT Majestic offers a fantastic balance of relaxation, entertainment, and quality service. From the fresh food to the great staff and activities, it’s a place where you feel well taken care of and never bored.
Also:
It’s not really a dissatisfaction, more of a suggestion: the TVs are good, but the remote has a Netflix button that doesn’t actually work. When I asked at reception, I learned they’re not smart TVs, which makes sense. It’s not a demand or something urgent, but in the future, it would be nice to have the option to log in to my own Netflix account. I absolutely plan to come back, so it would be a welcome improvement for returning guests.
